Oh the frustration...

I have so many pictures of my boys smiling and doing things that truly make them happy.  So scrapping this page makes me smile knowing it was one of those times when he was feed and burped, diaper was changed and it was just a cranky time.  The layout is from a Sketches in Thyme challenge, click HERE for link.

Original layout:

Here is my layout:

A Moment Captured

Yesterday I took the time to scrap and completed 5 pages.  And I'm glad to say that I've finally finished my 2002 and 2003 scrapbooks and I'm SO excited to share one of my favorite pages.

I used two of the same papers out of the K & Company stack Que Sera Sera.  One side had this beautiful print, which I used as the base of the page.  The other side was the red with a faded design, which is how I was able to make the double mat.

I took the Butterfly, Stamp and Flowers from the second paper and cut them out adding pop dots and filling up the page, which I think makes it pop :)

Lastly I added some journaling and wanted it to standout a little more so I added Stampin' Up's Basic Pearls.

St. Patrick's Day Center Piece

I found this idea on Pinterest and tweaked it a little, hope you enjoy :)

Fitting for St, Patty's day I bought a beer mug and put in half a bag of dry Green Split Peas, palced a candle into the peas and finished it off with Stampin' Up ribbon's 7/8" Organza White and 1/8" Everyday Enchantment Organdy Lucky Limeade.

I really like how it came out, and the best part is that it took just a couple of minutes!

Quality Time

I was at Joann's this weekend picking up adhesive on my way to scrap at a friend's house and came across their $9.99 12x12 paper pack sale...Anyone who knows me knows that my downfall is paper, paper, paper :)  I found DCVW The Tradewinds Stack and LOVED it!!!
I couldn't wait to use it.
So this is the page I made using 3 of the papers from this stack and the Circut for the lettering.

This was my favorite page of the day!
Not to mention I love the people on it xoxo :)

A Scrap-Night

This is a scrapbook page I put together with Graphic 45's Halloween in Wonderland 12x12 paper pack along with Stampin' Up textured cardstock and Close to my Heart opaques adhesive gems(Licorice).
I love the flowers, they added just that little something.  I used Stampin' Up's Boho Blossoms punch.

Tonight I also made a page using the Close to my Heart Mischief Workshop on the go kit, Close to my Heart opaque adhesive gems (licorice) and Stampin' Up's Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder.
